Our Experience
One of our favourite hikes! Starting out through forest after the car park, then a hard right with a climb up to one of the most picturesque valleys with crystal clear lakes. Further climbs take you to the refuge then onto Lac Batcraberre.
Notes
Quite a long walk with some fairly steep sections and a bit of scrambling. The lake section is fairly flat, giving walkers a bit of a rest before climbing to the refuge. Keep an eye on the Cairns for guidance after the refuge as the trail is not so clear.
